Cargo Straps and Cargo Net use and care

Follow the steps below to access details and care instructions for the cargo strap and cargo net.

Caution.png If you are not confident in your ability to successfully and safely perform all steps, we recommend having the work performed or checked by a local, certified, and reputable bike mechanic.
  1. Get the bike ready for maintenance. Turn off the bike, remove the battery, and press and hold MODE (or the power button) to discharge remaining power.

  3. Once the accessory is installed, reinstall the battery, test the bike fully, and ride Rad!
Caution.png Elastic straps and nets can pose a high-speed flailing hazard and can cause severe injury, including injury to the face and eye(s). Wear protective eyewear while stretching elastic and while fastening and releasing hooks to protect eyes from severe injury and/or loss of sight.

Caution.png Rebounding hooks and elastic straps are dangerous. Hooks can rebound in many possible situations such as slipping out of the user’s hand or detaching. The attached hook can slip or break, the elastic can break, etc. Inspect this product for signs of damage or wear before each use; DO NOT USE this product if any signs of damage or wear are present.
