How to Request a Return

We hope you love your products as much as we do, but if it turns out that you need to submit a request to return an item that didn't fit your needs, please follow the steps below.

  1. Check out our Terms of Purchase below to learn about which products are eligible for return.

  2. Take a photo of the item in its original packaging to share with our Product Support team.
  3. Submit a return request using our form HERE. Please make sure to include a reason for your return and attach the photo taken in the previous step!
  4. Hang tight while we review your request and get back to you! We aim to respond within three business days of receiving your request.

Tips!

  • Check if your item is eligible for return by reviewing our Terms of Purchase page.
  • Take clear photos of the item in its original packaging in a well-lit area. This will help our Product Support team to get the ball rolling on your request.
  • Provide us with a reason for your return request when you submit your request via the form linked above. We want to know how we can improve the product in the future!
