- Take a photo of the item in its original packaging to share with our Product Support team.
- Submit a return request using our form HERE. Please make sure to include a reason for your return and attach the photo taken in the previous step!
- Hang tight while we review your request and get back to you! We aim to respond within three business days of receiving your request.
- Check if your item is eligible for return by reviewing our Terms of Purchase page.
- Take clear photos of the item in its original packaging in a well-lit area. This will help our Product Support team to get the ball rolling on your request.
- Provide us with a reason for your return request when you submit your request via the form linked above. We want to know how we can improve the product in the future!
