Need help with your ebike from Rad Power Bikes? You have several options!
If you do not have the experience, skill, and tools to complete maintenance and adjustment of your bike, Rad Power Bikes highly recommends having a certified, reputable bike mechanic maintain, tune, and ensure the bike is safe to ride.
Local Bike Shops
Most components on ebikes by Rad Power Bikes are the exact same as parts that come on standard, non-electric pedal bikes, and any reputable bike mechanic should be able to assist in maintenance and tuning. Certified local bike shops may be able to refer you to classes, clinics, or literature on bicycling, service/repair, or maintenance.
Velofix Mobile Bike Shops
Although most reputable bike shops can assist with most repairs and maintenance of your ebike by Rad Power Bikes, we have teamed up with velofix Mobile Bike Shops to create a nation-wide Authorized Service Network for our customers! Velofix also acts as a full-service bike shop that can do everything from fixing flats to tightening spokes, adjusting brakes to replacing chains, all direct to your door! You can check your zip code at the link above to see if you live within a Velofix service area.
We are happy to help!
