Due to COVID-19, call volumes are very high and there is no guarantee you will be connected. You can find a lot of great information here on our Help Center, but if you can’t find what you’re looking for we recommend sending us an email and we will respond as soon as we can.

Getting Help

We aim to provide all Rad Power Bikes customers with a delightful experience by sharing a variety of  resources for bike maintenance and repair.

Click on a heading below to explore our helpful resources or check out our How to Service the Ebike You Purchased Online blog post on The Scenic Route!

Local Bike Shops
Most components on Rad Power Bikes ebikes are the same parts found on a traditional bike. A local, reputable, and certified bike mechanic should be able to assist in maintenance and tuning. Local bike shops may also be able to refer you to classes, clinics, or literature on bicycling, service/repair, or maintenance!

The electrical system doesn't require regular maintenance. If you find that you need help with your bike's electronics, contact us and we'll be sure to help you with repair or maintenance.

If you need help finding a reputable bike shop nearest you, contact Rad Power Bikes Product Support-- we are happy to assist you in finding a shop!
Mobile Service
To meet the needs of our busy riders, we’re offering on-demand Rad Mobile Service including ebike assembly, maintenance, and test rides to customers in select regions. Click the link to see where we operate and what services are available nearest you.

You can also check out velofix Mobile Bike Shops, a full-service mobile bike shop. Enter your zip code at the link above to see if you live within a velofix service area.
Help Center
We've created a large library of maintenance and repair guides in our Help Center to help keep your bike in great shape so you can keep riding Rad. You can browse through the Help Center or enter a few keywords to find information on a specific topic.
Maintenance and Repair at Home
Our bikes use standard bicycle components, so compatible mechanical replacement parts can likely be found at any local bike shop. Before replacing any components with aftermarket products (such as a new chain, pedals, tubes, tires, cassette, etc.) contact us so we can discuss compatibility and if any changes may affect your warranty.

If you have an issue with an electrical component, the smart electrical system is designed to tell you what is wrong. In that case, the LCD display will show an error code and you can search our Help Center for a troubleshooting guide to help fix the issue, or you can contact us for more help. All of the electrical components are designed to be replaced if needed.

Replacement parts can be purchased HERE, or you can contact Rad Power Bikes Product Support to purchase replacement parts not available online.
