Can I make special delivery instructions or requests?

Any special requests or instructions for delivery will need to be coordinated and confirmed with FedEx. You'll need your tracking number which you'll receive via email once the bike leaves our warehouse. You can give them a call at 1 (800) 463-3339 or 1-800-GO-FEDEX.

FedEx also has a fantastic online portal that allows customers to customize their deliveries with FedEx Delivery Manager. You can follow the previous link to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager, which offer different benefits depending on your location:

- Receive alerts whenever a FedEx package is sent to you.

- Request to hold packages for pickup at a FedEx location, Walgreens and more.

- Request a vacation hold.

- Provide delivery instructions.

- Manage packages from the FedEx mobile app.

Keep in mind that all orders including batteries or ebikes typically require the customer's signature upon delivery. This requirement can't be removed but FedEx does allow for online signatures in some locations.
