How to Order Replacement Parts

Like any bike, some components on ebikes by Rad Power Bikes can break down over time. When the useful life of a component comes to an end, it will need to be replaced. The good news is that if/when that happens, we are here to help!

We carry replacement parts for every component on our ebikes! You can order some of the more common "consumable" replacement parts (i.e. tires, tubes, brake pads, etc.) directly from our website HERE.

If the part you need is not listed on our website, we reserve those components for verified owners of our ebikes. To place an order for a part not listed on our website, please contact Rad Power Bikes Product Support to assess all of the parts, instructions, and assistance you may need and to place an order!

 When the useful life of a component is surpassed it can cause unexpected loss of function. This can result in serious injuries or even death. Therefore, pay attention to wear characteristics such as cracks, scratches, or changes in the color or operation of components which could indicate useful life has been exceeded. Worn components should be replaced immediately. If you are unfamiliar with regular maintenance and part replacement, a certified, reputable bike mechanic should be consulted.
