Shipping Details

We're always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Note: Signature upon delivery may be required based on your location.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free in the US for all bikes (and accessories* purchased with a bike). 

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is not available. Accessories purchased separately from a bike, and replacement parts not covered under warranty, will be charged a shipping fee.

Hawaii & Alaska: We are currently not shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. For existing customers in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us directly at support@radpowerbikes.com for servicing options.

Model versions can only be shipped within their respective countries. For example, US ebike models can only be shipped within the contiguous US and cannot be shipped to Canada or Europe.

*Excludes the Hollywood Racks Ebike Hitch Rack.
Shipping Time
In the US, in-stock items typically ship the next business day after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page. Check out the item's product page for the most up-to-date shipping information.

Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. Use our map below to get a delivery estimate for your area. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Hawaii & Alaska: We are currently not shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. For existing customers in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us directly at support@radpowerbikes.com for servicing options.

*Special circumstances such as a high volume of orders, new product releases, or restock days may lead to longer shipping times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a follow-up reminder via email.

Shipping Method
Our bikes are carefully packaged with ease-of-transport and protection in mind. Shipping is offered through FedEx Ground. Once your bike ships, you will be emailed a FedEx tracking number so you can track your package.

Once your bike has shipped and you have a tracking number, you can contact FedEx or use the FedEx Delivery Manager tool to arrange any special requests or delivery instructions.

Items smaller than bikes may ship by DHL/USPS, and you will also be able to track your package.

In Canada, packages may ship by Purolator, with details provided to track your package. For more information on shipping in Canada or Europe, please see the International Shipping section below.

Tracking Information
When your bike ships, you will receive an automated email with your FedEx tracking information. You can track the progress of your delivery on the FedEx website. Items shipped in the US by DHL/USPS can be tracked using the DHL website.

US customers can also use our Lookup Order page to find details about an order and tracking information.

Canadian orders shipped by Purolator can be tracked using the Purolator website.
Bike Assembly After Delivery
Our ebikes are shipped nearly fully assembled, which means there is some assembly required before you can ride Rad.

Our assembly videos and owner's manuals HERE will help guide you through your bike assembly.

If you would like to have your bike assembled after delivery, take a look at the options below!
  1. Rad Mobile Service: To meet the needs of our busy riders, we’re offering an on-demand  mobile bike service to provide ebike assembly, maintenance, and test rides to customers in select regions. Click the link to see where we operate and what services are available nearest you.
  2. Velofix Mobile Bike Shops: A full-service mobile bike shop that can assemble and tune your bike. Enter your zip code at the link above to see if you live within a velofix service area. 
  3. Ship your bike to a local bike shop: We can ship our ebikes to any physical address to which FedEx can deliver. Contact your favorite local bike shop to see if they will receive your bike shipment, assemble it, tune it up, and fit the bike to you before you take your first ride.
  4. Ship the bike to your address and take it to a local bike shop: We can ship your bike to your address and you can contact a local, certified, and reputable bike shop for help with assembling, tuning, and fitting your bike.
